The River
There was a pretty defining argument during the writing process of "The River". While the debate was rooted in song structure, we ended up concluding that the five of us have trouble communicating with eachother. Each member had a different view as to which part of the song is a "chorus" or "verse", ending in a circular argument that Abbott and Costello would be proud of. The instrumental section (which simply became known as "the river") evolved from a live musical interlude that previously let into "Colly Strings" on the Summer 2007 Colour Revolt Tour. We haven't really stopped making music since that tour.
